Whether living spaces are retained or selected, all residents are required to sign a housing license agreement. This year, you will sign your housing license agreement electronically during the reservation fee process.
Occupancy in some of our campus buildings requires residents to also sign addenda to their housing license agreement.
For those residents who are part of the retention process, these forms are listed below to download and return to Housing & Dining Services or you may choose to stop in our office and complete the forms there. Our office is located in Morewood Gardens E Tower.
For those residents participating in the selection process, these forms will be available at that time or you may choose to download the form. (The forms provided by Housing & Dining Services include a copy for your records. If you choose to download a form and need a copy for your records, please bring a second copy with you.)
