I have been informed by the building manager that they are going to have a new boiler installed beginning Monday October 18th.

This boiler is to replace the one presently used to supply heat to your apartments.

The building owner is going to supply each apartment with an electric space heater that a staff member of the owner will distribute this weekend. There will be one delivered to each apartment.

This type of installation typically takes 3-4 days. Should a problem arise that will extend this work I will send an e-mail to notify all of the change.
