Dear Resident:

The deadline for cancellation of your 2005-2006 housing contract is TODAY,
Friday, April 22, 2005, at 11:59 pm. Residents canceling between April 9
and April 22 will only be eligible for a 50% refund of the reservation fee.
Access to the cancellation request is through the Room Draw Resource Page
located at http://www.housing.cmu.edu/roomdraw/

Cancellation requests received after April 22, 2005, will probably not be
granted. If space demands require us to grant more cancellations after
April 22, the entire $250 reservation fee will be forfeited. No exceptions
will be made to these reservation fee refund dates.
