PaeTec/Campuslink continues to experience problems but have provided Carnegie Mellon with the following information for students to make long distance calls. Students can use the calling card option of your service at no additional cost. You will be charged the same rates as if you were direct dialing from you room with your PBN. We will notify you when the direct dial service from you room is restored. Please follow the instructions below.
Dial 800-466-1116
You will be prompted, "Please enter your four digit identifier followed
by
your PAETEC Personal Billing Number (PBN)"
Carnegie Mellon's four digit identifier is 2350 + your PBN.
Dial the ten digit number you wish to call and you will be connected.
