RESERVATION FEE DEADLINE

The purpose of this email is to remind you the 2005-2006
Reservation Fee deadline is 11:59 PM, TODAY, Thursday,
February 24, 2005. Any current resident who does not meet
this deadline will not be eligible to participate in Room
Draw 2005 and will forfeit their right to campus housing
next year.

To submit your reservation fee form, please go to the online housing
reservation fee link at http://www.housing.cmu.edu/roomdraw/.
Your student account will reflect the $250 charge when it is
posted in July.

Once your reservation fee form is completed, you will immediately
receive your random room draw number to participate in the
selection process. If you later decide to retain your room,
your room draw number will be deactivated.

ROOM RETENTION DEADLINE

Today is also the last day to reserve your current assignment for the 2005-2006
academic year. If you intend to retain your room, please return your
personalized retention form and signed housing license agreement to
Housing Services by 6 p.m., TODAY, Thursday, February 24. Students residing in Forbes House, Hamerschlag House, Morewood Gardens E Tower and New House are ineligible to retain, as these areas will remain first-year housing only. Similar specially programmed areas are also not retainable.
