Dear Resident,

Due to scheduling conflicts, the Onity crew was unable to begin the lock upgrade in your building today. The Onity crew will be in your building tomorrow, February 17th, to begin the lock upgrade.

As previously noted, if your key should have any access issues during this process please do one of the following three options: (1) Visit the Morewood A tower kiosk and manually re-encode your student ID yourself by clicking on "Resident Checkin" or (2) Visit the Housing Services office to have the Housing staff re-encode your key or (3) Call campus police, 8-2323, and one of the Onity Technicians will respond for the repair. The Housing office is open Monday thru Thursdays from 8 A.M. until 7 P.M, and on Fridays from 8 A.M. until 5 P.M.
