The Residential Computing Consultant program is available for the Spring 2005 semester!

Residential Computing Consultants (RCCs) provide in-room computing help to students living in on-campus dormitories. A Residential Computing Consultant is on duty Monday through Thursday from 6:00 through 9:00 p.m.

Students living in on-campus housing can contact an RCC via phone, e-mail, voicemail, or AIM. If necessary, an RCC can schedule an appointment to visit a student's room to help solve networking and software configuration problems. Any problems that cannot be solved during the RCC's visit will be referred to the Help Center for further support.

To contact the RCC:
Phone: 412-268-3854
AIM: cmurcc
Email: rcc-help@andrew.cmu.edu

2. Your room number
3. A phone number where you can be reached
