Dear Resident:

The deadline for cancellation of your 2004-2005 housing reservation with a
50% refund of the reservation fee is at 11:59 pm today, Friday, April 16,
2004. Access to the cancellation request is through the Room Draw Resource
Page located at http://www.housing.cmu.edu/roomdraw/

Cancellation requests received after April 16, 2004, if granted by the
Housing Services Office, will forfeit their entire initial $250 reservation fee.

No exceptions will be made to these reservation fee refund dates.
