Dear Resident:

The deadline for cancellation of your 2004-2005 housing reservation with a
50% refund of the reservation fee is at 11:59 pm, Friday, April 16, 2004.
Access to the cancellation request is through the Room Draw Resource Page
located at http://www.housing.cmu.edu/roomdraw/

Cancellation requests received after April 16, 2004, will probably not be
granted.  If space demands require us to grant more cancellations after
April 16, the entire $250 reservation fee will be forfeited. No exceptions
will be made to these reservation fee refund dates.
