Dear Neville, London/Terrace, Saxony, and Veronica Residents:

This letter is to inform you of a scheduled building walk through on
Wednesday 4/13 by the H.F. Lenz Company representatives for the purpose of
a general survey of the building in preparation for design development of a
new fire suppression system.

You can expect to see the Lenz representatives, with proper ID, in your
respective buildings any time between the hours of 9:00am to 5:00pm. It
will not be necessary for them to enter every room nor will it be necessary
for you to be present for this visit.
