Subject: Housing Cancellation Deadline Friday

Dear Resident:

The deadline for cancellation of your 2004-2005 housing reservation 
with a full refund of the $250 reservation fee is 11:59 pm TOMORROW, 
Friday, April 9, 2004.

Cancellation and reservation fee refund requests received between 
April 10 and April 16, will be credited only $125 of their initial 
$250 reservation fee.

Cancellation requests received after April 16, 2004, will probably 
not be granted.  If space demands require us to grant more 
cancellations after April 16, the entire $250 reservation fee will be 
forfeited.  No exceptions will be made to these reservation fee 
refund dates.

Access to the cancellation request is through the Room Draw Resource 
Page located at the Housing Services Web site, 
http://www.housing.cmu.edu/roomdraw/

It is important to remember that any cancellation request made after 
April 16 will be granted at the discretion of the Office of Housing 
Services.  Residents are encouraged to refrain from making other 
living commitments until you have a confirmed cancellation from 
Housing Services for any request after April 16, 2004.
