Subject: Scheduled Project Inspection by Management

Dear London Terrace Residents:

Please be advised that building management personnel from Lobos 
Management Co. will be in your respective buildings on Monday 
and Tuesday 3/29 and 3/30/2004 between the hours of 9:00am and 
5:00pm to do a brief walk through of all apartments as well as 
all common area spaces for the purpose of review and assessment 
for summer project planning.

The visit per apartment should not take more than 10 to 15 minute. 
There is no special preparation necessary on your part nor will it 
be necessary for you to be present during this visit. Management 
personnel will be sure to leave your space as they found it, and to 
secure your door as they depart.

Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns 
regarding this matter.
