Dear Residents:
For a brief period Tuesday afternoon, the online Room
Draw reservation database was unavailable, which may
have resulted in a small number of residents being unable
to get their lottery number and complete the reservation
process. If you experienced this problem, please visit the
Room Draw web page again and complete the reservation
process.
We apologize for the inconvenience, and if you experience
any additional problems with the reservation process, please
email Housing Services at univhous@andrew.cmu.edu
with a description of your problem (copy & paste the
problem into your email if possible) and we will explore
the problem further.
