Mudge Residents,

Simplex Grinnell will be in all three towers on February 10, 2004
between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. to survey for the
upcoming sprinkler installation in B & C towers.

Simplex Grinnell is scheduled to start in the A tower attic beginning
at 9:00 a.m. They will proceed to the B tower 3rd floor hallway, where
they will be surveying all the hallways down to the A level of B tower.
Upon completion of the B tower hallways, they will proceed to the 3rd
floor of C tower hallway and work their way down to A level.

They will be surveying the hallways and common areas between the hours
of 9:00 am and 12:00 p.m. They will not be entering any resident rooms.

Waller Corporation will be in the building February 11, 2004 to open
inspection holes in common space ceilings starting on the B tower 3rd
floor hallway and working their way down to A level. The same procedure
will be repeated in C tower. They will be in the building between the
hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
