Congratulations to CATHY HUANG, a housing resident who
submitted a Maintenance Request Survey for work performed in her
living area.

Each month, one winner is randomly selected from those who
complete our on-line Maintenance Request Survey and is awarded
$100 in Campus Express Dollars.

You may be the next winner - when you receive the completion
report for a maintenance request, just click on the included URL
and complete the survey.   The survey only takes a few minutes
and we use your feedback to assess our effectiveness and further
develop strategies for continued improvement.
