Subject: Heating Coils Freezing

Residents of West Wing and Resnik,

Over the weekend there were three Fan Coil Units that froze and split due
to the units being shut off and windows being left open. This caused the
units to burst and flood the room they are in and the spaces below.

If there is a problem with the heating unit in your room you need to submit
a maintenance request to have it repaired.

I appreciate your cooperation and assistance in this matter.
