Dear Neville Residents:

Through several maintenance request, phone calls and visits to the housing
office by Neville residents we have been made aware of the low water
pressure problems some if not all of you are experiencing.

We have been working to resolve this problem since first receiving
notification around the middle of last week. The attempts on an as per
request bases initially seemed to work. But, we are now finding that not to
be the case. As a next step I've sent to the building the city water and
sewage authority to investigate the condition of their service
responsibility, which is from the street main to the building meter. They
found the pressure to be as it should.

This of course indicates the source of the problem must be from within.
I've dispatched a plumber to the building and have ask, given the urgency
of problem, that he respond immediately. You can expect to see someone
working on this later today or most certainly no later than early tomorrow.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have question or concerns
regarding this matter.

Sincerely,

Tom
