To the residents of Morewood E Tower:

I have received a few maintenance requests concerning the lack of heat in
some of the Morewood E Tower residents rooms.  FMS maintenance personnel
have responded to the complaints and the  following concerns have been
noted:

1. The window a/c units are still in the window and should be removed prior
to the cold months.  A simple maintenance request to me will get this done
for a small fee.

2. Windows are not completely closed and locked.  FMS workers will respond
and make the necessary adjustment if the resident contacts me or submits a
maintenance request.

3  Last but very important, its been noted that the heater beneath the
window seat is blocked with the residents personal items.  In order for
the heat to circulate, these items must be removed to get the maximum heat.

Please contact me during the hours from 7:30 am to 4:pm, Monday through
Friday and during the evening or weekend, contact Security 8-2323 and they
will contact the FMS personnel on duty. If no one is available, Security
will contact the duty foreman  to send someone out to assist you.
