Dear Shady Oak Residents:

As an augment to our original mailing regarding Health and Safety
Inspections, listed below, I am also giving you this more precise
scheduling for inspection which I will begin in your building Friday
November 21, 2003 and will finish up on Tuesday November 25, 2003, if 
necessary. This inspection will be completed between the hours of 
9:00 am and 5:00 pm. If you have any questions or concerns, please
