Subject: Saxony Hot Water Status

Dear Saxony Resident:

Lobos management is aware of the reported condition of no hot water in your
building.

They have in formed me that the problem stems form a cracked hot water tank
which they initially tried to repair. This attempt was unsuccessful and
they are now awaiting the arrival of a new large capacity tank.

The arrival and installation of this tank is scheduled for some time later
today.

I will keep you informed as to it's progress should there be any changes.
