Residents of Resnik Suite Rooms,
Housing is considering a project that would be done during the time period
you are away for your winter break. This will affect only the rooms in
Resnik that have common area lounges. In these spaces we are proposing
replacement of the carpet, patching - painting walls and ceilings,
replacement of furniture. This is to be done only in the common area and
will not include the sleeping rooms.
For this project to be successfully completed your participation would be
required. You will need to remove all personal items from the common areas
and place them in your sleeping rooms. All precautions will be taken to
insure that all areas outside of the common space are protected from dirt
and dust.
Housing would appreciate your input and are asking that you let us know
your feelings via a yes or no response to the questions below. Dependent on
the percentage of positive and negative answers a decision will be made as
to the continuation with this proposed plan. Please send your response to
the person and e-mail address provided below by November 5, 2003.
