Dear Marybelle Residents:

Due to the early cold temperature and a couple of request we will be
turning the heat on in your building earlier than normal for this time of
year.

A service contractor will be in your building  tomorrow to turn on the
boiler as well as bleed the lines so as to insure a positive flow of water
to all floors and each radiator.

You need NOT be present during this visit. The contractor (Johnson
Services) should not be in your room more than a few minutes while testing
and bleeding radiators.

this process.
