Dear Henderson Resident,

I'm writing to provide you with the latest update on the design 
nd installation of the wireless network overlay for Henderson House.

After the building was completed, furnished and occupied, Datacomm 
staff conducted wireless testing in the building in September and 
completed a radio design for the placement of the access points, the 
broadcast points that send/receive the wireless signals.  We have 
been delayed on procuring the necessary equipment to be installed but 
now expect that to be available within ten days.  There will be a 
brief period of retesting and fine tuning the design with the final 
APs and then installation can occur.

Conservatively, I am estimating you will have a usable wireless 
overlay in Henderson by the end of October.  Datacomm is aware of the 
urgency to complete this for your use and will work hard to improve 
this timeline.

Thom Thornton, your facility coordinator, will communicate with all 
of you further as the retesting and then installation occurs so you 
are kept informed and aware.
