Dear London Residents:

Lobos management will be doing renovation work on the bathrooms of your
apartments over the winter break. This same work was completed during the
summer break at the Terrace apartments. They did an excellent job which
greatly improved the appearance and functionality of the space.

All that is required of you in preparation for this work is that you remove
all personal items, to another room, from the bathroom to include from
shelves and cabinets.

Thank you for your cooperation as we continue to work to improve your
living environment.
