Residents of Resnik suites,

As stated in earlier mailings during your winter break there will be a
project occurring in the common areas of your suites. The project will
consist of patching and painting all walls and ceilings, replacement of
carpet and new furniture. This will effect only the common areas and not
your sleeping rooms. Before leaving you will need to do the following:

1.)Remove all personal items i.e. televisions, stereos, etc. from the common
   area and place them in your sleeping rooms.

2.)Remove all posters, pictures and any other items from walls.

3.)Remove all food from refrigerators and unplug them.

4.)Remove all trash from rooms and place in hall containers.

We in housing deeply appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this
matter and will continue to work to provide you with the best housing
experience possible.
