Dear Residents,

Starting Wednesday November 5, 2003 with an expected completion date of Friday
November 21, 2003  members of the facility team will visit all residential
spaces.   During this visit your facility coordinator or a member of the
housing team will be conducting a health and safety inspection of your
living space.  All inspections will be done between the hours of 9:00 a.m.
and 5:00 p.m. This process will take three weeks to complete the entire
housing system.  Each visit will be brief and should take 15 minutes or
less to complete.  All residential areas are checked by a Housing Services
staff member at least twice a year for facility conditions.  If any issues
are found, a notice of the inspection will be left in the residence
indicating the item(s) to be addressed.  If you have any question please
contact your facility coordinator.
