Dear Shirley Residents:

This letter is to inform you of the scheduled presence of contractors
in your building to do repair work on the sprinkler system.

You can expect to see workers from Ruthrauff Mechanical in the building on
10/16/03 some time at or after 12:00 noon.

There will be no need for workers to enter apartments. All work will be
conducted in common areas. It will however be necessary for the sprinkler
system to be temporarily shut down. During this shut down period all
appropriate respondents will be notified to provide continued
coverage and response.

If you have questions or concerns regarding this work please feel free to
