Subject: Donner Fire Suppression System Update

Donner Residents,

The progress has been steady on the installation of the fire suppression
system. Rycon is finishing up the drywall on the 1st floor hallway ceilings
today. Ryco has finished and tested the majority of the 1st floor piping.
They have the "A" level west piping installed. The 2nd floor rooms have
been taped and at least the first coat of joint compound has been applied.

In the upcoming week, the 1st floor hallway ceilings will be taped and
joint compound will be applied. The 2nd floor rooms will receive another
coat of joint compound.

"A" level resident room pipe installation should be completed by the end
of the week. "A" level hallway ceiling framework will be installed as well.
