Dear Resident:

The deadline to meet the $250 reservation fee requirement needed to
participate in Room Draw 2003 ended on Friday, February 21. A few
residents, however, have contacted our office requesting a further
opportunity to meet this requirement.

Residents who missed the reservation fee deadline are required to
personally meet with Housing Services representatives in the West Wing
Recreation Room on February 27 from 10 am to 6 pm. A Housing
representative will assist you in meeting the $250 reservation fee payment
online.

Students who participate in the reservation fee amnesty day will be
assigned room draw numbers at the end of their class group.

Remember, anyone who does not meet the reservation fee requirement will not
be permitted to participate in Room Draw 2003. These students will need to
go on the wait list to gain housing, of which housing is not guaranteed.
