Dear Resident:

This is a reminder that the last day to reserve your current assignment for
the 2003-2004 academic year is Tuesday, February 25 at 6 p.m. If you
intend to retain your room, please return your personalized retention form
and signed housing license agreement to Housing Services before the
deadline. Students residing in Hamerschlag House and Morewood Gardens E
Tower are ineligible to retain, as these areas will remain first-year
housing only. Similar specially programmed areas are also not retainable.
