Subject: Morewood A-Tower Work this Weekend

Dear Morewood A Thru E Residents,

Paul Nelson, from L. O. E. Inc. will be working at the upper landing at
the main entrance of Morewood A Tower. His schedule is as follows:

Saturday, February 22nd - From 12noon to 5pm
Time will be spent sanding the wood and applying stain to the newly
installed partition as well as the areas around the card reader and
entrance door.

Sunday, February 23rd - 5am to 1pm
The contractor will begin early in the morning applying the
polyurethane to the partition and areas around the card reader and
entrance door. The drying time could be at least four hours depending
on the humidity. The contractor has assured me that wet paint signs
will be visible.
