Donner Residents,

The sprinkler project is progressing at a steady rate. The 1st floor
piping is installed and will be tested on Monday. The drywall has been
installed on the 2nd and 3rd floor hallway ceilings. The 2nd floor east
rooms have the drywall installed on the bulkheads. The 3rd floor has been
taped and joint compound applied.

Ryco will be testing the 1st floor piping on Monday. They will be checking
all 1st floor rooms for leaks. The will move down to the "A" level west
rooms next week.

Rycon will be continue to install drywall on the bulkheads in the 2nd
floor west rooms on Monday. They will begin to install the metal framing in
"A" level resident rooms next Tuesday and Wednesday.

The drywall finishers will begin to apply the finish coat of joint
compound in the 3rd floor resident rooms Monday. They will move down to the
2nd floor east rooms next Wednesday, to tape and apply joint compound to
the bulkheads.

A personal email will follow to give specific project information to each
resident for their floor.
