Subject: Donner Fire Suppression System Update

Donner Residents,

The Donner Fire Suppression installation has progressed in the last month,
the sprinkler piping has been installed on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors. The
new drywall ceilings have been installed on the 3rd floor and they are in
progress on the 2nd floor.

Ryco will be finishing up sprinkler piping in the 1st floor resident rooms
by Thursday next week and they will begin to work in the 1st floor common
areas. They will then move down to "A" level.

Rycon will be finishing up drywall on the 2nd floor hallway ceilings next
week. They will then proceed to install metal ceiling framework in the "A"
level east resident rooms next Wednesday. The drywall finishing continues
on the 3rd floor this week, applying tape and joint compound to the
drywall seams. They will finish up the 3rd floor early next week and will
then begin on the 2nd floor hallway ceilings.

The contractors have been cleaning up as they go. As a precaution, cover
up computers and dust sensitive items while work is being performed in the
rooms.

Please feel free to email with any concerns you might have. A personal
email will be sent out to each resident who will have work performed in
their room for that week.
