Subject: Donner Fire Suppression Update

Donner Residents,

The Donner Fire Suppression installation has progressed over the past week.
The drywall has been installed on the 3rd floor hallway ceilings. The
sprinkler piping has been installed completely on the 2nd floor west side
and is 75 % complete on the east side.

Rycon will be continue to install drywall on the bulkheads in the 3rd floor
resident rooms next week. They will begin to install drywall on the 2nd
floor ceilings around mid-week.

Ryco, the sprinkler contractor, will finish installing sprinkler lines into
resident rooms on the 2nd floor east. They will then begin installing
sprinkler piping on the 1st floor. Ryco asked that the residents remove all
items from their top closet shelves in the rooms scheduled next week for
pipe installation as well as relocating their bath towels from the towel
racks for a week. Ryco will be installing sprinkler heads in each closet
where the top shelf is located.
