Subject: Donner Fire Suppression Update

Donner Residents,

The Donner Fire Suppression installation has progressed over the past week.
They have the 3rd floor hallway ceilings framed along with all the 3rd
floor room bulkheads. The 2nd floor hallway ceiling framework is in place.
The piping has been installed in the resident rooms on the 3rd floor west.
The leak test will be performed today.

Rycon will be installing ceiling frame work in resident rooms on the 2nd
floor as well as installing drywall on the 3rd floor hallway ceilings next
week.

Ryco,the sprinkler contractor, will be installing sprinkler lines into
resident rooms on the 3rd floor east. Ryco asked that the residents remove
all items from their top closet shelves in the rooms scheduled next week
for pipe installation. Ryco will be installing sprinkler heads in each
closet where the top shelf is located.
