Dear London Terrace Residents:

I am writing to inform you of the upcoming presence of contractors in
your apartments for the purpose of taking window measurements. Workers
form Alside Window Company, doing business for Lobos management, will
be in your building on Friday October 11, 2002. They will not start
before 9:00am and will finish before 5:00pm. The time in any one
apartment should not exceed 10 to 15 minutes.

These measurements are necessary for ordering new replacement windows
for future installation in all apartments. I will inform you as to
what future date they will return for the actual window installation.

There is nothing that you need to do to prepare for this, and you need
not be present. Please feel free to contact me with questions or
concerns regarding this matter.
