Dear Boss and McGill Residents,

We will be beginning the installation of the Fire suppression system in
your buildings beginning Monday morning, October 7,2002. The first day
will mainly consist of the contractors setting up their staging areas
which will
be near Hamerschlag and at the corner of Boss facing Welch. There might
be some time on the ground floor of Boss tying up the lighting in
preparation of the demolition work which will begin on Tuesday October
8. They will begin on the ground floor of Boss on Tuesday removing the
ceiling tile. If the day goes well they could move to the first floor
corridor. As the week progresses I will send you e-mails to keep you
informed where the contractors will be heading next. Rycon is the
general contractor, and Hoffman is the electrical contractor. The
supervisor that will be in the buildings each day is John Milchalchek.
The contractors have been directed that they are not to begin work
before 9:00 a.m. each morning. Thank you for your understanding and
cooperation during this very important
project.
