Dear Fraternity Members,

Ayers Saint Gross, our master planning consultant who has been working on
the fraternity quad, will be on campus on October 10, 2002 for a final
visit.  ASG previously met with fraternity leadership and general
membership on March 18 and April 30, 2002 to take feedback as quad planning
progressed.  This last meeting is to present a final design and take final
comment.

The meeting will be 6:30 - 8:00pm on Thursday, October 10, 2002 in Doherty
Hall 2210.  In preparation for this meeting, please visit the on-line
drawings and narrative on the current plan at
http://www.housing.cmu.edu/Fraternities/

I hope you can come and review these plans for the future of the fraternity
quad with us on October 10.
