Dear Residents:

We are pleased to announce that the Room Change Process will begin on
September 27, 2002 (today).  If you are interested in a room change, please
pick-up a Room Change Form from the Housing Services Office located in
Morewood Gardens, E-Tower 1st Floor.

All sections of the form must be complete in order to be eligible for a
room change.  Also remember, room changes during the academic year are made
on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Please be aware that at this time, there are limited vacancies within the
campus housing system.  We expect additional spaces to become available
later in the academic year, so you should be prepared for the process to be
slow at first and then pick up once more vacancies become available.

Do you just want to swap rooms?

If you know someone that wants to trade rooms with you, you can also stop
by the housing office and pick-up a Room Swap Form.  Once this form is
completed and returned to the housing office, you will be contacted about
the feasibility of the swap within a few days.  Please do not swap rooms
until you receive notification from Housing Services.  Note:  Because of
the high demand for single rooms, room swaps involving singles will not be
approved.

What about your room change request from Room Draw 2002?

You will be contacted by Friday, October 4, 2002 with instructions on how
to keep your room draw request active for this academic year.
