Dear Scobell Residents,

During this past weekend there was a malfunction in an electronic part on
the main entrance door to your building.   The part has been ordered and
the necessary repair will be made as soon as it arrives.  The door will be
secure but we need to keep it off line.

We apologize for the inconvenience but we ask that you enter the building
using the door at the east end of the building.
