Dear Residents of Boss Hall,

On Tuesday September 17th, 2002 there will be a group of project managers
that will be walking your building and a few of your rooms to visually
check for any potential obstructions that might hinder the installation of
a fire suppression system. They will not enter the space before 9:00 a.m.
and will be no later than 5:00 p.m..
