Subject: Morewood Sprinkler System Update

Dear Morewood Gardens Residents,

This is an update of the work taking place in A and B Towers in preparation
for the new sprinkler system and elevators. Volpatt Construction is the
General Contractor who will be performing the work and the sub-contractors
are James E. Huckestein Inc., ICE, and Miller Electric.

Starting on Friday December 7, 2001 until Tuesday December 11, 2001 the
sprinkler mains will be installed on the 5th floor of A and B Towers in
Morewood Gardens. This work will not begin until after 9:00am in the
morning. The contractor will not have to enter any rooms to perform this
work, it is exclusive to the corridors and the emergency stairway only.
Please be mindful that there is construction being done and to be careful
when entering or exiting your living space.

The D tower elevator is near completion and is scheduled for inspection
December 10, 2001 by the State of Pennsylvania. The next elevator
replacement will begin immediately in A Tower. The A tower elevator was
chosen because of its recent mechanical failure.
