Dear Residents:

If you are currently occupying a room that has a vacancy or a vacancy
becomes available over winter break, you should expect that a new resident
will be assigned and will move in on January 11, 2002.  To prepare, you
should clean your room and arrange your belongings to make space for your 
new roommate before leaving for break.

You should also anticipate that an inspection for damages will be completed
over the break period.  Every effort will be made to contact you in the
event that the vacancy is reassigned but you should also feel free to
contact us in late December or the beginning of Janauray to receive an 
update.
