Subject: Morewood A & B Tower Sprinkler Update

Dear Morewood A & B Tower Residents,

This is an update of the work taking place in A and B Towers in preparation
for the new sprinkler system and elevators. Volpatt Construction is the
General Contractor who will be performing the work and the sub-contractors
are James E. Huckestein Inc., ICE, and Miller Electric.

Starting on Monday November 19, 2001 until Tuesday November 27, 2001 the 
sprinkler mains will be installed on the 7th floor of B Tower in Morewood. 
This work will not begin until after 9:00am in the morning. The contractor
will not have to enter any rooms to perform this work , it is exclusive to 
the corridors and the emergency stairway only. Please be mindful that there 
is construction being done and to be careful when entering or exiting your 
living space.
