Subject: Roselawn Sprinkler System Update

Dear Roselawn Residents,

Sauer Inc. will need access to the Roselawn basements starting on
Wednesday, November 14, 2001. They will begin running the sprinkler feed
into the basement areas of Roselawn, where they will later be connected
during Phase 2 of the project. The contractor plans to start on the
Roselawn Houses 2-8 group first.

If you have any valuables stored in the basement, I would suggest that if
it is possible, please move them into your room or another secure
location. The contractor will generate some dust through the jackhammering
of the basement floor. Sauer will put up plastic barriers in the basement
locations to help stop the spread of dust throughout the house.

Sauer expects the Roselawn installation to take about 2 weeks to complete.
