Dear Welch Residents,

Rycon Construction Inc., FMS,  and a housing representative will be
walking through Welch House on Wednesday , 11/10/2001 ,to put together a
list of remaining repairs. Student rooms will need to be accessed for a
short period of time. This is necessary for us to put together a work
schedule for final repairs. The students will be notified when the
remaining repairs are to be made in the building.

I want to thank you in advance for your continued cooperation and
patience with these building issues.
