Woodlawn Residents,

Sauer Inc., the contractor for the sprinkler system project ,
disassembled an old abandoned gas line outside the building today. The
old pipe was filled with water and has a gas odor smell. This odor is the
additive that gives natural gas its smell and is not flamable. The 
contractor will be responding to the remaining odor in the building. We are
suggesting residents crack open windows in the rear of the building, so
that the odor in the front of the building is not drawn back into the
building. I want to thank you for your patience and cooperation in this
matter.
