Subject: Landscaping Work on the Hill

Dear Hill Dorm Residents,

A landscape contractor will be on site this Saturday at 9:00 a.m. to finish
up the landscaping on the Boss/Scobell Hillside along with the Welch
hillside. They will be using landscaping equipment to prepare the soil for
seeding. There will most likely be dump trucks using the driveway and alley
way to deliver top soil where needed

The landscape contractor plans to sow the grass seed on Monday. They were
notified by FMS/Housing about a 9:00 a.m. start time for both days.

matter.
