Dear Shady Oak Residents,

This morning September 4, 2001 a water pipe broke in an apartment on the
fourth floor of the building and the leak was in danger of causing
extensive damage.  Unfortunately it was necessary for the maintenance
person to shut down the water to the entire building. We are sorry for any
problems this accident may have caused and hope that we have service
restored as soon as possible.
