Dear London Terrace Residents

 Here is an update to the DSL Service in London Terrace Apartments.  Many
 of the residences in London Terrace were not aquired until just before
 you all arrived.  Due to complications in the timing of the orders for
 your Services, as well as some confusion as to the address for service,
 as most of you know, the DSL does not work.  I am working closely with
 Telerama  to resolve this situation.  According to Verizon, the service
 in your apartments will be active at the end of next week.  Until then,
 Telerama is able to set any of you up on a Dial-Up account.  This
 account will allow you to dial into their Servers, and access the
 internet, and campus services without any time or usage restrictions.  I
 apologize for this inconvenience, and rest assured that we are working
 to rectify this at the greatest speed.  Thank you for your patience, and
 please feel free to contact me regarding this situation with any further
 questions or explainations.
